At BEINF, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the shipping carrier’s tracking information).
- In their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (e.g., plastic wraps, dust bags).
- Not part of our “Final Sale” category (marked as such on the product page at checkout).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:
- Via Email: Email our customer service team at sales@beinf.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- On the Order Page: Log into your account, navigate to the relevant order in your order history, and click the “Request Return” button. Follow the prompts to submit your return details, including the order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours (whether you apply via email or the order page) with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping.
Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided in the authorization notification.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please include photos of the defect or error in your initial email, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For change of mind or sizing issues: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times vary by payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong shipment).
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and note your exchange request in your email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
